Love the young tandem of Evans and Miller. Could be two great all around backers. Rushing, stopping the run, and covering.

I wonder if Morris and Bateman have gotten any reps with the 1s?

From BOL, same guy Chatta was quoting:
Different guy:

Interesting note: Kelly moved to LG and Hassenauer is in at C.
Edit: that lasted about 3 plays.

Not to cause alarm but Ragland and Hootie both appear to be done for the day with (hopefully minor) injuries.

All is exactly as bamaesthia said-
Very heavy pass- few runs. Drake has carried it a few times but black jersey doesn't allow for a lot.
All QBs have good flash and bad flash. Receivers not helping hen much
Black is punt return - Eddie Jackson is also there on a couple
Eddie has looked solid at safety

@CecilHurt: Saban: "We're giving 5 quarterbacks a chance to play and no one has stood out to where you'd say 'That's the guy.'"
@marctorrence: Saban: "Each day, we give maybe three (quarterbacks) the bulk of the work." Next day rotates, etc…
@AaronSuttles: Saban: We turned the ball over too much offensively today, but the defense did a good job of creating turnovers.
@marctorrence: Saban mentioning playmakers: Robert Foster had six catches for over 100 yards. O.J. Howard played well.
@AaronSuttles: Saban: I feel like we're making progress on the offensive line.
@Marq_Burnett: Saban said he wants the OL to start believing that they're the reason the team is going to have success. Said the mindset isn't there.
@AaronSuttles: Saban: Defensively we didn't make as many mental mistakes. Still gave up too many big plays.
@Marq_Burnett: Saban: I thought the specialists did a good job today, even though the stats may not look like it.
Said team has made progress on STs.
@AaronSuttles: Saban: We moved Eddie Jackson to safety this week and that's worked well for us.
@marctorrence: Saban: David Cornwell has done "probably as good a job as anybody this spring." Bright, understands the offense, great leadership
@AaronSuttles: Saban on Cornwell in game situations: Sometimes he responded, other times he didn't. But we're really encouraged by his development.
@Marq_Burnett: Saban: Robert Foster has really come on. Said he's still unsure what to do at times. But "when he knows, he plays fast."
@AaronSuttles: Saban: Geno Smith has done the things he needs to do to this point. He still has things to do this summer.

@CecilHurt: Dillion Lee, Reuben Foster with interceptions in UA scrimmage. None others reported but rumor has it there were more than two.
@AaronSuttles: Defensive stats: Reed 5 tackles, 1 sack, 1 TFL, 1 PBU, Tomlinson 5 tackles, Harrison 4 tackles, Lee/Foster 3 tackles 1 INT each.
@AaronSuttles: Second scrimmage rushing stats: Ronnie Clark 17 for 29 yards, Lawrence Erekosima 7 for 29 and Derrick Henry 6 for 24 yards.

This tells me all I need to know about Jacob Coker.

Robert Foster! That's my guy. I can't wait to see him prove the detractors wrong.

All of us "Eddie Jackson to Safety" supports who were getting silent downvotes are vindicated.
Dude is just a safety. Glad Saban moved him. Now we can get actual CBs in and we'll have at least one great safety in Eddie.

Now if they could just move Cyrus inside

Looks like the DL, even without A-Rob, stuffed the run.

A few more tidbits from the PC:
-- Specialists played well though stats won't show it. Missed two 55-yard FGs.
-- Eddie Jackson playing well at safety after moving there this week. Tony Brown and Maurice Smith also looking good.
-- Still trying to determine if Eddie Jackson is a long-term solution at safety. When using five and six DBs, there's opportunity.

People were acting like it was a slight to Eddie that people were suggesting a move to safety, but it wasn't that at all. He has all the tools to be a standout safety, and it looks like he just me be that in 2015.
