Well thank you.
First Power 5 team to go undefeated in the regular season since the '76 Hoosiers. And really love this group too. They're a lot of fun to watch.

Very special group of kids. Unselfish bunch and they play great defense.
Best regular season in 112 years of basketball at Kentucky.

It's crazy.
For some historical perspective:
- This is the 3rd Kentucky team in school history to finish regular season play unbeaten (9-0 in 1911-1912, 25-0 in 1953-1954)
- Kentucky now has the 2nd longest winning streak in SEC history (31 games). Record is 32 games held by....Kentucky (1953-1955).
- Kentucky is the 11th team since 1950-1951 to finish SEC regular season play undefeated (7 of the 11 teams to do so are Kentucky)
- Kentucky is the 9th team in Division I men's basketball history to start a season 31-0, the 3rd to do so since 1979-1980
