Had 2 1000 yard rushing seasons at Auburn

Never had a 1000 yard season in NFL

Ran for less than 3000 yards in his NFL career

Lost to Alabama in 1984 and 1985 (Junior and Senior seasons)

Never won a National Title in college

Never won a Super Bowl

Took himself out of the game and quit vs Tennessee in 1985 when the Vols were spanking them on Rocky Top

There are soo many other SEC backs with better resumes.

Herschel is goat sec back because:

played only 3 years and had 1500+ yards every year

won a heisman just like Bo

won a national title and 3 sec titles

Had over 8000 career nfl rushing yards and 5000 in USFL

Is an undefeated MMF fighter

Heck, It's not really even a close comparison

1. He isn't.

2. You keep spitting these numbers while the same time saying post-college careers mean nothing.

Using championships as a way to determine a better player in football is fricking retarded. There's 100+ players on a team in college, and 55+ in the NFL.

What does this have to do with anything relating to football?

I don't need a resume.

My eyes tell me he is the only player I have ever watched that had HOF ability in two sports.

I guess Trent Dilfer>Dan Marino

Andrew Luck never won a national title, I guess AJ Mccarron is better than him?

Mostly because it is obvious. He probably should be better stated as the greatest athlete of all time. There is assumptions inferred about his inability to commit to a single sport like football.

Didn't read any of the stats you posted. Don't care, Bo is the GOAT. You don't see it because you got to much Bama in you.

He may not be the GOAT numbers and statistics-wise, but he sure was fun to watch.
I will never forget that run he made on MNF.
He would have accomplished more had he not gotten hurt.....
