Thanks all. It is very difficult. And as much as I want to bring myself to hate her I just can't. I still worry about her (im a loser) when she shows that she doesn't give an ounce about me. I'm getting help. My friends from up north bought me a ticket to come visit and get away from here. I have to do some soul searching and make a plan to get myself back together.

Go get some strange while you're at it. Maybe that'll help open your eyes.
Get help outside from multiple sources as well. Take care of your personal issues with self esteem, pride, etc. Become confident in yourself!

Yeah, please put suicide out of your mind. It is not the answer, no matter how bad you feel. Everyday that you live is another chance for things to improve. With suicide, that chance is gone forever. Eventually, the odds will be in your favor again. Good things will happen. I have been through some tough times. God has seen me through and I am grateful. If you haven't turned to God yet, you should think about it. Not trying to be preachy, but I really hate that you are going through all of this.

You are not required to 'hate' her or not worry about her. Hating her would do far more damage to you than to her. If you are a human being with any compassion at all you would still be concerned about the well being of someone that was once a part of your life. That wouldn't make you a loser.
You can still move on without hate eating at you the rest of your life. I don't 'hate' my ex, I feel sorry for her at times for the way her life has turned out - but know I didn't bring it on her. No way I would go back now though.
