Jawon Pass's top five:
It seems like this kid will never commit. He will just make endless top five pictures and claim that he is committing in the near future only to put it off again.

These arent the type of theatrics that make me mad. This is harmless. When he does decide to commit, i hope he does so and sticks with it and doesnt play these im 85% committed games. Thats when i get annoyed.

It's not Drew. It's another guy on there that has a ton of contacts. He said yes about this commitment, but that they're expecting another one possibly by Friday or Saturday. No idea who.
This individual is INCREDIBLY pessimistic and negative by nature. I mean.... there's nobody on TI or any of the major websites that posts that are as negative by nature as him. He disliked half of our commitments even in the classes that we sign that are historic. That being said, his coaching contacts are very high on Owens. Think he's a sleeper (even though already a mid-4 star guy), and could be great. We'll see. I can say that I'm very impressed by his film. Looks very athletic, excellent feet, good mauler, looks like could even play RT in emergency situations. Only been playing on the OL for a couple years.

Apparently there is another transfer (other than Braxton Miller) in play. Not sure who it is or what position. Rodney Orr hinted at that today. Sure wish it were a TE or RB(for depth reasons). I'll see if I can find out about it.

Was I the only one who was impressed with TFS in the A-day game?
He could be a great rotational recieving threat at TE for Bama this year

Dakota Ball also looked better than I thought he would. Granted, my expectations were pretty low.

HARRIS TALKS TIDE COMMITMENT
Brandon Huffman
Director of Recruiting
This story was originally published on ScoutFootball.com.
The Antioch (Calif.) 2017 five-star running back, Najee Harris, talks about his commitment to Alabama...
Antioch (Calif.) 2017 five-star running back Najee Harris visited Alabama over the weekend, his second time in Tuscaloosa.
Harris told Alabama he was committing, but said he's not shutting down the recruiting process.
"I did give Alabama a verbal commitment, but I'm still going to go through the recruiting process," said Harris.
Harris said he still wants to visit a handful of schools before completely shutting it down.
"I'm still planning on visiting a lot of schools, like UCLA and USC this weekend, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Kansas and Texas A&M," said Harris. "So I'm still pretty wide open."
But Harris did say Alabama is where he wants to be.
"It felt like home to me at Alabama," said Harris. "It was a good trip and it was fun. I had a lot of fun watching them practice and play."
Harris was joined by his mother on the trip.
"She got to go with me and she liked it a lot," said Harris. "Going down there was like a vacation for her. She gave Alabama her blessing."
Harris told assistant coach Tosh Lupoi he was coming and also got to spend quite a bit of time with head coach Nick Saban.
"I talked to Coach Saban like four times and I like him a lot," said Harris. "I like all the coaches. Coach (Burton) Burns too."
This weekend, Harris will be in Southern California, visiting USC and UCLA unofficially while in town with TMP Elite for the Passing Down Best of the West 7v7 Finals and will be at UCLA's Spring Game at the Rose Bowl on Saturday.

What game were you watching TFS dropped like his first 3 balls.
Posted on 4/22/15 at 5:40 pm to Tide or Die87
Per my memory, if it was thrown well then TFS caught it. His drops were usually tight coverage or bad throws, not stone hands. Even then he didn't drop it often and I don't recall three straight drops
On the topic of A Day, I liked how we focused on using tight ends much more. I wouldn't be surprised to see a possible three tight end set that turns into a play action instead of a run up the gut. Seemed like we were testing how well we could run through the interior line as well.

The whole the ball was behind him was BS imo. Especially when its slips through your hand. Nobody throws ever pass perfectly.

Six recruits from six different states.

According to someone whose information is very reliable, Bama's not just in good shape for Devin White. We're in very VERY good shape, and it would take quite an upset for him to go anywhere else.

Thats cool. Saban is working LA really hard this year. I wouldnt be surprised to get at least 4 from there.

Despite what their fans are saying, we actually have a decent shot at Lawrence too. Playing time next year is a huge pull, with us about to put so many in the NFL.
