I'm pretty sure almost all of their 10 "points" came in the "on the Historic Registry" categories since a handful on campus are as well as the Civil War Monument on 3rd and the Speed Museum.
It certainly wasn't for aesthetics.

Would not put University of Louisville and "Most Beautiful Campus" together. UL is nothing but an ugly city school.
