What teams have no business being FBS?

All the UAB bustle highlighted a sad fact in College Football: There are a lot of teams that shouldn't be in the FBS. Either because the market/fan support isn't there, or the school doesn't put the effort or care into maintaining a competitive program. Below is the list of teams that I seriously feel should move down to FCS or Div II. This is not a troll. No SEC teams should, in my opinion.
UAB
Southern Alabama
Georgia Southern
Edit: Georgia St
Texas State
FAU
FIU
UNT
Colorado
ODU
UMass
UConn
New Mexico St
New Mexico
Idaho
WKU
MTSU
App St.
The entire MAC
Marshall
Buffalo
Tulane
Wyoming
Thoughts?

From what I've read, the university has pretty much given up on the football program. They haven't had a winning season since 2006.

Tulane gave Georgia Tech a better game than State did.

No I mean both, (added GSU.)
That 9-3 record was against the other teams I have on this list.
The only team they beat that wasn't on my list was ULM by less than a TD.

NIU was in a BCS bowl a few years back.

Honestly I don't see the point. The new Power 5 line is so solid that it makes the old system where the little guys could get in a BCS game look like communism. Eventually there will be a new split officially to have different rules and that will be that.

People seem to forget that Georgia Southern scored more points on Alabama than anyone else that year
including LSU

Georgia Southern is one of few teams who posted a profit in football this season.

Tulane averaged 19,000 fans a game in 2013, and 18,000 in 2014.
In contrast, JMU, an FCS school in Virginia averaged 22,000 last year. Yale averaged 19,000.

Yep, Ga Southern should absolutely be FBS. They are going to be very successful and won't be too long until they make a move to a Power 5 conference.
Maybe they can replace Miami in the ACC. Ga Southern's program has more support and arguably a more loyal fan base.

I will find it when I'm not on my phone.

Zero credit for taking an 11-3 Ga Tech team and an 8-5 NC State team to the wire?

Sorry the attendance numbers don't indicate a large or loyal fanbase. They averaged less attendance than Jacksonville St last year.

Their games are a lot of fun too. I usually go to two of them a year since I live so close and my roommate is a graduate.
