I thought it was public knowledge but after reading all the fans on the TR stressing about not having a DC yet let me ease your mind.
It's simple Miles and Alleva are just waiting for the Super Bowl so that they can hire the winning teams DC, who will gladly take a pay cut to come to your storied program just to get to work with all that talent and such gifted coaches.

Yesterday morning on sports 610 Houston they mentioned the Oregon Ducks DC (Don Pellum??). Said it was a rumor someone at another station reported and they were trying to confirm. Obviously no real talks could take place until next week.
Seems unlikely because Pellum is a life long Duck. Rumor mill at full speed right now.
