I thought it was public knowledge but after reading all the fans on the TR stressing about not having a DC yet let me ease your mind.
It's simple Miles and Alleva are just waiting for the Super Bowl so that they can hire the winning teams DC, who will gladly take a pay cut to come to your storied program just to get to work with all that talent and such gifted coaches.

I am delusional enough to believe OP is right on the money. Of course I am delusional enough to know in my heart and mind that LSU is the 2011 National Champion by beating Oklahoma State.
