Are we talking "theme" of mascot, actual mascot (live), actual mascot (costume)?
Arky may be up there for theme. Tigers probably at the bottom.
Mike, Uga and the eagles are tops for live.
Aubie wins costume mascot easily.

Aubie is the most hilarious during a game. Our Eagles are boss as well.

LSU's use of Tigers as the mascot is not actually a reference to the big cat and is anything but generic.

LSU's Mike is the best, but I really think the Hog (in general) mascot is cool as shite. And Auburn's eagle. Ole Miss' is just still racist and aTm's is gay as frick
