If I ever see Clint Stoernover walking toward me on the street, I am going to break his nose, arms and legs....(that is, in my mind) Its a daydream I often fantasize about when I see anything Vols.

How are yall dealing with the massive influx of people and businesses moving into your state?

Not so good with business, but we likely passed Mississippi in population this year.

All true. Except

best Goth band ever in the group Evanescence

You had me until

Name another that has been more successful. Cauley Hog mentioned the Cure and he may be right, but not by much. Evanescence probably had more successful singles where the Cure had more longevity.

I could agree with Johnny Cash. However, the fact y'all gave us the retail herpes, Walmart, is punishment enough but you had to go and give us the Clinton's. Dayum you Arkansas.

I'll never forget that shite as long as I live. With 1:43 left in the game, we're ahead by 2, had just stopped TN on 4th down & got the ball back, about to beat the #1 team in Knoxville to go to 9-0, & Stoerner lays the damn ball down on the field, TN recovers & scores to win it. ... Still very painful to watch.

That wasn't the point. Maybe this will explain my position: "Who gives a shite?"
FWIW I like the Cure, though I'd never consider them to be a selling point for my state (wherever they're from).

Well, I guess its not much different than many Texans bragging about giving us Vanila Ice.

Point taken, I guess? Except I'd never brag about Vanilla Ice, either.

You just reminded me of yet something else we Arkansans are dominating at. The next Presidential race will probably come down to two Arkansans. Democrat Hillary Clinton vs Republican Mike Huckabee. Respect

You had me until you said Walmart. Which in my household is referred to as ' chinamart'.
Black Oak Arkansas was pretty cool also.

I was a hell of a lot better off financially with Clinton.

They had their day Tommy Boy, they had their day. Now, go get your boyfriend David Spade and see if you can sell a few oil filters.

When Neyland defeated Bryant teams they were Kentucky teams not Alabama. I'm not disputing your facts but they are somewhat misleading since Tennessee was already a power in the conference whereas Kentucky's prior 3 seasons before Bryant were 3-8-0, 3-6-0 and 3-6-1.
By Bryant's 4th season , Kentucky was invited to the Orange bowl , and year 5 Kentucky went 11-1-0 and defeated Oklahoma in the Sugar bowl snapping Oklahoma's 31 game unbeaten streak.
Speaking of Neyland after a 13-6 loss to Alabama, Neyland was quoted saying " You never know what a football player is made of until he plays against Alabama. "

We produced arguably the best college football coach in Paul Bear Bryant. Produced the most sucessful retail store ever in Walmart. Produced the most popular Pesident worldwide the US has ever known in Bill Clinton. Produced arguably the best Country Music singer ever in Johnny Cash
Paul Bear Bryant - a recruiting cheater and a drunk
Bill Clinton - The most prolific wife cheater the US has ever known
Johnny Cash - Wife cheater, pill smuggling drug addict
But Arkansas does produce some great meth labs.
