Mitchell has actually looked pretty good since coming back. As long as he stays healthy he will be fine.

I mean he's looked pretty good when he's gotten back on the field. Not what he was freshman year but still one of the better wide receivers on the field.

Jenkins later clarified that he meant that tweet just talking about this season.
However, it does look like a better chance than not that he will be back.
