Bama will pay Saban more to coach today's game than UAB paid Clark all year.

Even with a 13th game, Saban makes more for 1 game than they pay UAB's HC for an entire year.
Saban's average salary for 13 games is $550,784 and Bill Clark's salary was $500K/yr.
Is UAB football really the biggest drain on the Alabama budget?

UA football brings in a ton of money to offset it.

How much is Arkansas LR paying its football coach?
Zero, for the record. They aren't allowed a football program.

Solid troll effort. But Alabama football is among the top revenue producers in college football..

We are getting our monies worth,
Much better ROI than Arky has gotten with Bert, Smith, Petrino and Nutt combined.

I can't figure out why anyone cares about this story outside the state of Alabama.

I agree after this year he should be in the $8M /yr range..

After Saban wins today and wins in the semi finals and wins the championship he would of coached 15 games.
So his per game would only be $466,667. I think he's underpaid.

Sabans salary is actually $245,000. He makes $6.5 million in a personal services fee.

Yes, they lose tens of millions of dollars playing football. Alabama football brings in tens of millions of dollars in profit. Poorly played troll.
