Not so fast. This week, if asked, Ole Miss plans to give Corso the team's helmet. "That's what our team wears," athletic director Ross Bjork said. "It has our logo on it, and Rebel's head doesn't. We wanted our logo and that brand to be out there."

Mascot heads usually don't have logos.
Sounds like someone is either ashamed of his mascot or is worried about brand recognition.
Both are legit concerns, I guess.

This is why Ole Miss should have been allowed to have Admiral Ackbar as their mascot. Talk about brand recognition. Imagine all the lulz to be had if Corso threw this thing on Saturday
