The A&M athletic department is finally figuring out the justice system

Ricky Seals-Jones' disorderly conduct charge from this past summer was dismissed on the grounds of insufficient evidence after the cop who arrested him refused to testify and claims RSJ was provoked. Additionally, Victor Davis' charge was supposedly dropped at the request of the Kohl's he allegedly robbed.
