Very, very good read IMHO. Riveting and fresh....

Gus Malzahn has a Les Miles problem

Actually it may be more of a John Chavis problem, the way the LSU defense has managed to humble the Auburn offense on a regular basis, but it’s really bigger than both of them

The purple-and-gold Tigers have consistently been more physical than the orange-and-blue Tigers, and it hasn’t been close, and the gap has been reflected on the scoreboard.

400 yards of offense and 21 points, the last three quarters they faced, suggest that Gus has it figured out.

There’s only one SEC program that’s beaten Auburn six times in the last seven years. The combined score in those seven games: LSU 191, Auburn 115. Auburn didn’t score more than 24 points in any of those games. LSU got to 30 or more four times.
Ouch

Not likely. More likely that Alabama learns the LSU Solution.

Outside of Bama I know there is no game I want to win more this year. I'm glad it's at home but AU hasn't won in BR in forever. Next year is circled too, on my desk calendar.

Unfortunately I don't think we'll find out.
LSU's fall has arrived so prematurely that I think it'll be "Can Chavis solve his Arkansas problem in time to avoid an A&M problem."
But LSU will be back, and we'll see if Gus has learned anything.
