I want to know how anyone finds out about stuff like this, that quick, without the cops themselves seeking out media people to tell.

Legalize. It is much safer than alcholol. He got a ticket for it, he will have to go to court and pay a fine. Need to know the amount. Was it near an ounce or just a roach.

I asked this question. How could it hold up?

Haha wow
Dumb on marshall part but maybe this was his plan to avoid media days?
Residue amounting to less than an ounce. Like a traffic ticket but embarassing for marshall

Helluva job

I'd say what I'd like to see happen as a penalty for utter stupidity, but I'll just keep my piece.

So let me wrap my head around his logic.....
Winning Bets has confirmed that Auburn quarterback Nick Marshall was citied early this afternoon for misdemeanor marijuana possession in Reynolds, GA. Marshall was stopped by local authorities for window darkness. Authorities then smelled pot, and Marshall was cited. It is believed that Auburn quarterback was booked and released. However, that is not confirmed at this time.
In Georgia, a person is guilty of a DUI if he or she is: (1) driving while under the influence of any drug to the extent that it is less safe for the person to drive; OR (2) if a person operates a motor vehicle with any amount of marijuana or a controlled substance present in the person's body. Ga. Code Ann. § 40-6-391(a)
Penalties:
(1) Driving Under the Influence
A person is guilty of a DUI if that person drives any moving vehicle while under the influence of any drug to the extent that it is less safe for the person to drive. Id. § 40-6-391(a)(2).
Penalties fine of $300-$1,000 (plus fees and assessments which can add 20% to 25%); incarceration of 10 days to 12 months (mandatory minimum of 24 hours); mandatory minimum of 40 hours of community service; probation for 12 months; mandatory participation in a 20-hour risk reduction program ($175 + assessment fee of $75 to be paid by offender). Id. § 40-6-391(c)(1).
I call bullshite! Doesn't SEC media days start Monday? Prolly just trying to sling Mud.

Question for the African-American members of this board:
Why would any young black man think that driving around on the country roads of East Bumfrick GA with tinted windows is a wise thing to do?

Who gives a shite. Some guys get drunk, some smoke pot. With that amount, it ranks right up there with a public intox in my book. Stupid, but college kids are 90% dumbasses.
