Auburn averages 8 wins after a season with 10 or more wins?

I heard this today. They also haven't won 10 or more in consecutive season since the Dye era. And have only won 10 or more thirteen times in their program's history. This was very surprising. Couple this with the fact that no one has repeated as SEC champions since 1997-1998 and it will be an interesting season.

I surprised you just heard this today. Didn't you see it earlier in the bama fan guide to auburn? This thread should be nice to out beer Bryant's current alter.

Anything can happen in the sec. This time last year it looked like Alabama would have their easiest run to a national title since Saban arrived. Nothing is certain

What does anything auburn did without this staff have to do with what they will do with this staff?

Can anyone answer that for me in an Auburn Fast fashion?

That's nice. But, it doesn't mean a thing. I'll tell you this. If your team is going to beat Auburn this year, they'll have to bust them in the mouth every play that AU's on offense.

If your team can wear out that offense, knock some heads and get them unsettled, you'll have a shot to beat them.

Auburn is going to be tough as hell and this is truly the first year I've been worried about AU more than LSU in the Saban era.

I wish the Iron Bowl was the first game.

USC averages 11 wins.

And we've had back to back 10 or more win seasons twice since 2011.

This fact, and $0.75, will get you a coke in the break room.

Before $aban got to Bama, he averaged at least 4 losses per year. Shite changes...

And it's funny you bring up the 88-89 seasons, because I think Malzahn will prove to be the best coach AU has had since Dye by a wide margin.
