save Tex A&M until after their new stadium is built. Arkansas can be a good trip when it's not thanksgiving, or so I've heard. I've been to Auburn twice and it was a lot of fun both times. Stayed in Columbus or Columbia, GA where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The stadium is pretty big and very loud, like a slightly smaller Death Valley. The tailgating action was similar to LSU on a smaller scale as well. It's a fun experience that I would recommend.

AU will be the better game and game day experience. Fayetteville will probably be a better experience if you are staying a few days and experiencing the local scene. Can't speak to aTm.

LSU always loses in arkansas so probably won't go there.
