I'm worried after Iowa as well. I think Jennings starts and gets the vast majority if not all of the playing time against Wisconsin. Also, those fantasizing about Lee need to snap back to reality. He was good against inferior defenses, but he was trembling with fear against Bama in the game in November. He was flinging up punts off his back foot so bad he was nearly falling backwards. He nearly completed as many passes to the other team as he did us. I don't think that trend was going to change any time soon. He probably would have finished the game with 6 or 7 picks, and we would have surely lost. I get how you can look at Jefferson's performance against Bama and ask "this is the best we've got?" However, Lee was definitely not a better option against Bama.

What year would Perriloux have been? LSU, no question, would have won the title that year with him.
2008. Our defense was horrible that year though.

Yeah that game was terrible but State's secondary is good and our running game was a joke especially losing our LT. Also Freeze's play calling leaves a lot to be desired.
Now back to your team. Kiffin is undoubtably worse than Nuss even before Bama fans randomly blamed the offense for the two losses. He's erratic and before you say WE HAVE BETTER CLASSES think about where he just failed calling plays: USC. Are you saying he didn't have talent there? He had offensive talent out of his arse and still sucked.
Also losing Steen and CyKo will hurt. Kelly is merely serviceable and you have a new QB who has thrown for like 300 yards ever. Minimum 3 losses

Jennings will start vs Wisconsin

I'm curious if Miles will have Jennings on a short leash considering all the reports that are praising Harris

You mean you would take Cam over Lane Kiffin who has won a National Title as an OC...got it. And don't worry I am here forever...I just hope you stick around.
He was co OC for Pete Carroll. He also took a sure 1st round pick at QB and destroyed his career. While Cam developed the likes of Drew Brees, Phillip Rivers, and Joe Flacco. LAst year LSU was also the first team in the SEC ever to have a 3000 yd passer, 1000 yd rusher, and 2 1000 yd WR's. I'll take Cam over that retard any day.

Jesus. Hard to imagine Perrilloux was being recruited a whole decade ago.

Don't forget Kiffin almost ruined Marquise Lee and completely ruined Silas Redd. RIP Henry and his Neanderthal forehead

Harris isn't a dual threat. It just so happens he doesn't have stone feet.
Harris will be used as a passer. Both will.

To give a real assessment, Jeennings will start but Harris is the better QB.
Jennings will start the Wisconsin game because he has the experience, has proven he can win games for us, and is able to manage the game. However, just one series in the spring game is enough to see that Harris is the better QB, no doubt. Harris might become one of the best QBs LSU has ever had IMHO. Harris is taller, has a much stronger arm, probably faster, but the most important and most noticeable difference is his pocket presence. Every snap Jennings gets to the end of his drop, sits there, and if the pressure is coming he goes backwards. With Harris, he gets to the end of his drop and starts stepping forward. Only other QB I have seen consistently do that is Drew Brees.

Here's his breakdown on Treadwell...great shite:
quote:
5.Laquon Treadwell, SO, Ole Miss: What a surprise for Ole Miss last year, Treadwell came out of nowhere and became Ole Miss’s 2nd best WR. Treadwell is a tall possession type WR that keeps the changes moving in this offense. If he can improve his speed and his ability to get down the field and make plays, watch out for this kid.
