This is flawed logic. Not having high straight line speed doesn't mean a lack of elusiveness.
Not saying Allen is as elusive as Johnny ( he won't be), but to come to that conclusion based on 40 times is disingenuous.

OK, let me clarify, he is a slow 6'4 noodle. So yea, I am also sure every running time this kid will put out will be considerably slower than JFF...
Nothing wrong with that, just I have yet to see A&M fans realize/acknowledge this kid will not be doing the JFF all season long. If anything, he will be a pure pocket passer given his measurables.

Well, Mettenburger was a shitty QB who spent more time picking himself up than throwing TD passes. He needed to bench a lot so he could scrape his lard arse up off the field.
