It seems Leonard Fournette was recently spotted driving around in a shiny new Camaro.

NCAA interviewed Miles to see what he knew and he caved and confessed to everything:

quote:

Certainly there was a want to not finish second on the back end of the recruiting period. To achieve victory, one would anticipate the need of a young man to enjoy quality conveyance. It was by no happenstance then that we recognized the situation was congruent to an assistance of prosperity.

LSU was later cleared of any wrong doing.

Not enough hot arse blondes in the car for it to have been a proper payoff.

Plus, it's a nice neighborhood, so it was probably just his rich uncle TerShiq buying the young man a nice vehicle for school.

FIFY. Nine pages and not one mention of the REC providing the house. Do I have to do everything around here?

Yinz are really buying players family houses?

We're never going to compete in this fricker unless Tennessee keeps hurting people.

We refer to it as long-term housesitting opportunities. That way we can pay them for living in that house. Helps the REC members sleep well at night knowing one of their investment properties won't be vacant and subject to vandalism. It's a win-win for both sides.

That's actually pretty brilliant.

No rant here, is that legit? Because it's perfect.

There was some smoke that Trent Richardson's family had a house they were "house-sitting" during his time in Ttown.

They certainly do. IMO, the best looking by far of all the retro pony cars.

My only argument would be that if the cars are illegal benefits wouldn't there be a condition that they player be discrete in how they publicize receipt of the gift?
In other words, don't draw attention to the fact that you just got a new car or we will take it back.

The handler probably bought it, you know the dude he lived with the last 2 years of HS, was an LSU grad I believe

ETA: nothing to see here...every major program with success does it

Don't know about his parents, but Quan Bray comes from a family where at least some members have a college education. His uncle was a long time high school coach in Georgia. In fact, his uncle was Reuben Foster's high school coach while Reuben played ball in Georgia

Quan also got his car shortly after his mother was killed. Who knows what type of life insurance she might have had
