ESPN announced today that Dish will debut the Longhorn Network on May 28. Sorta like going to the movies in the old days & getting a cartoon before the main event. August 14th can't get heressoon enough.

He is bats**t crazy, but we'd all get stoned with Ricky Williams if we had the chance.

Funny thing, when this season kicks off, the LHN will be in most households in the country, and still, no one will have any reason to watch it.

LHN got a great deal! I hear they didn't have to pay DISH much at all to get them to pick it up!! Good for them!

Kind of funny that a guy named "wrecking crew" posted in this thread. Back when the aggies tried to play D, the 'wrecking crew' was the #2 defense in the country. Ricky went for 259 while breaking Dorsett's all-time rushing record against them. Damn jizz jars didn't work!

getting a cartoon before the main event.

Here's what the UT Cartoon makes for UT:

...UT football program made $163 million. Ahead of that, two years ago, UT signed a $300 million deal with ESPN creating a 24-hour sports channel named Longhorn Network (LN)

Oh....and they keep it all. Not bad, not bad at all.

You are so infatuated with them.
It's like a horn signal goes off, and you come galloping up.
Every time.
I could set my watch to it.

That's especially funny coming from an Aggie who's first in line when Aggies start their usual circle jerk.
