I think what happens in 2014 AU-LSU is similar to what would've happened in a late 2013 matchup.
I have a hunch on what that will be, but I'll just let it play out.

I don't know. Would you have gotten to play them again, yunno, under different conditions and stuff? Because from what I gather, that's the only way to really know.
Bama went down hill after we won. Miss State could have beat them after

there are some LSU fans in for a rude awakening who believe Chavis has a defense "perfectly" suited to stop Auburn... we all watched Auburn rush for 500 yards in 2010... and had well over 400 total yards in 2013 (most coming after the rain).
LSU's defense was pretty average last year... their YPP numbers were middle of the pack SEC IIRC.

Just saying.. They looked like total shite after that game. We didn't.
I think we would have won. But that is only a guess..
Lets face it. Auburn improved a ton after the LSU game. We were not ready for that game. Its easy to see. Just not easy to admit for some
We got better. LSU? Not so much

Let's just pipe down on all of this and enjoy the moment when it arrives.

Lot of idiocy in this thread

How is anything he said idiotic?

Yes, thinking the BCS runner up is going to beat a rebuilding LSU is idiocy.
But again, might as well just wait and see.

There are a lot of LSU homers on this site. I cannot wait for te LSU game in Jordan Hare.

Us not having one of the league's better QBs and 2 of the league's best WRs is going to severely hamper what was a strong suit for us in 2013.
I'd hardly use what happens in the 2014 LSU/AUB game without them as an indictment of what would have happened in a game in 2013.

Game played in Dome? Advantage Auburn...no stiff dew.

Dude gave his prediction on a future game. Nothing he posted was idiocy. Sorry it upset you.

Agreed. Auburn beat a very good team in UGA,
no way this is serious with all of their injuries

I love how Auburn fans seem to think that they wouldn't have had to play defense in the hypothetical rematch.

I hope you have "Message board emotion reading extraordinaire" on your resume.

I love the way some LSU fans think they would have stopped a offense that no one else was able to.
