Bateman has potential but he isn't ready yet. To use
Sims we would have to modify the offense a lot. Running a bunch of zone read and sprinting him out run pass option style. Which I don't think we will do.
Coker needs to pan out.

Bama can win with a bad QB, just like LSU has before.

I agree. QB development will determine if they have a shot at the CFP or not...imo.

The 2014 year reminds me of 2010 when everyone was claiming Bama could play pro teams in the beginning of the season and ended up with 3 losses.

Not understanding the comparison. 2013 was a lot more like 2010. 2010 we were coming off a title and with a returning qb at starter we assumed that we could walk into another one just like 2013. 2014 is nothing like that. It has a lot more question marks which leaves a big question mark on the outcome of this season. Coker pans out or Bateman is manageable and we could win every game. We could also lose 3 games.
You just want it to be 2010 so Auburn will go undefeated again

Yep, we are solid at very other position but God those guys are terrible. I think Sims may need glasses. They need to get that broths to an optometrist.

The thing about Coker is maybe he had the misfortune of playing behind Manuel and Winston...or maybe he just sucks. No way to know right now.
