A "community organizer" in further over his head than Gene Chizik at a Mensa meeting.

Jimmy Carter is a total prick

Especially post-Presidency. He's gone whacko in recent years

Middle of the pack. Not a visionary but he's done some big things and hasn't screwed up too much. If the economy trends up as he leaves office he'll be remembered fondly by moderates and Democrats.

How dare you say that. He brokered the Hank-Cotton Peace Accord.

There's not a lot of difference between the two

No attack on Obama, by anyone, will ever approach the vitriol that spewed at Bush every second of his presidency
Posted on 4/10/14 at 4:47 pm to TreyAnastasio
Oh yea, that's just awful stuff. Same level of vitriol.
Dude, those are tame compared to the anti Bush stuff.
I've also noticed my neighbors "another Democrat for peace" yard signs and bumper stickers are gone. Liberals think Obama is a failure. Party hacks are hanging with him.

The vitriol is about equal, and Bush and Obama are about equal as Presidents, which is to say poor to terrible.
I will say some of the vitriol towards Bush was well earned given his illegal invasion of a sovereign country.

Well there was the whole Iraq thing
And that was in 2000*
*technically it was early 2001, but it was pre-9/11, pre-Iraq War, etc etc

i take more issue with his illegal invasion of his own sovereign nation.
but yes the two are pretty low on the totem pole in terms of recent presidents that don't suck.

Figures. But you don't care about drones killing innocents, bombing of Libya, etc.
Both are worthy of protest and were/are failures. Die hard party hacks will claim one is better than the other though.

TSA, NSA, and other big government programs are what I hold against Bush. Obama isn't any different. He's expanded spying, killing innocent people with the drone program in nations we aren't at war with, etc.
Both are disappointments.
