I would say the ACC mostly because of the instate rivalries and the fact we share so much of the same recruiting grounds. I'm sure many East folks will agree.
What do others think?

SEC East vs SEC West.
All others conferences are just too far down to take seriously.

Pac 12 might be the one closest in overall talent.
ACC has 2 teams that could hang in the league (FSU and Clemson less so)
Big Ten sucks frick them
Big 12 if Texas gets back on track would have 2 teams that could hang in in the SEC.

3 east schools have permanent rivals in the acc, so that would make sense. Plus a few teams have been playing acc teams in ooc games. Although, we play the Big10 consistently in the Bowl games, so there's that.
I think the most SEC hate I see is from acc schools, but that might be b/c I live in NC.

Depends on the region. I think most would say Big Ten, followed by the Big XII. Most in the SEC west don't really care about the ACC, since we really don't play them that often.

3 teams, Ok State always gets overlooks, but they've had a good team the past several years.

The SEC has no rivals. its the SEC and everybody else who wants to be the SEC.

I've found that reading this site while at the library tends to make for some uncomfortable moments when I occasionally burst out laughing

PAC-12 in terms of talent, otherwise the ACC or Big 12 depending on where you are in the conference geographically.
