My post wasn't being serious. I know that anything can still happen. I doubt there are phone videos because if there were the criminal investigaton would've turned them up right?

I doubt UPD or OPD would pay for videos and someone that had them might not want to get involved in a criminal case. A plaintiff's attorney getting the word out or a defense attorney getting word out (if it would exonerate his clients) that there might be some reward can do wonders. Who knows, but every frat kid at OM has a camera phone.

Then there would be a public video by now. I'm 99% sure there is no video.

If there is, they've talked and aren't releasing it unless they have to

Why? What if the revelation of a video prompted the lawsuit and the $2mm price tag?

Fwiw if I were there and had shot a video, I would have taken that video to my grave.

If I had I really don't know what I would've done. If some lawyer paid me then I would absolutely show it.

Depends on the payday. Not enough people would have known I had it in the first place for it to reach a lawyers ears. Snitches get stitches

A seasoned trial lawyer vs a tax law firm... It's over.

I would consider it reparations for the years of heartache that team has inflicted upon my person.

I just don't feel that way. If I ever accumulate massive amounts of money I will be an incredibly corrupt booster. The success of the football team is paramount with me, not gonna try to deny it.

I would do the same but even it you get that rich there are factors that would thwart your efforts most notably that God hates OM.

God is enough of an obstacle, I'm not going to help him in his evil will.

This is a personal matter for them and we will support Denzel and Robert while they defend themselves in this civil case.”

Just because the cops found no evidence doesn't mean the plaintiff doesn't have eye witnesses who are willing to testify to the involvement of the Nkemdiche brothers. The lawyers in question know these guys are likely going to be paid big bucks in the NFL and they will be going after those deep pockets.

I thought you said it never began...

Which one is it? Make up your mind.
