Alabama has a couple of spots left in its 2015 recruiting class, and some key names will make their decisions known on National Signing Day.
Let's take a quick look at the best and worst case scenarios for the Crimson Tide.
BEST CASE
Alabama holds onto the big names in its class, especially 5-star cornerback Kendall Sheffield, who is still being heavily recruited by home state Texas A&M (Sheffield is from near Houston) and 5-star cornerback Minkah Fitzpatrick, as the New Jersey native is also considering Florida State. Alabama also gets a signature from wide receiver Daylon Charlot, a Patterson, La., native who was a longtime Alabama commitment before backing off in December and also considering LSU.
Alabama also gets a surprise signature from either 5-star DE CeCe Jefferson, 5-star WR Terry Godwin, a Georgia commit who has visited Alabama, 4-star DE/TE Tyrone Wheatley, Jr., and gets a signature from either WR K.J. Hill from Arkansas or another offensive tackle, perhaps Isaiah Prince, who seems to have backed off a verbal commitment to Alabama, but is still considering the Crimson Tide.
And Alabama finishes with the top class in the country.
WORST CASE
Alabama loses at least one of its 5-star cornerback commitments. Tide fans should hold their breath more on Sheffield in this scenario. Alabama also loses out on Daylon Charlot to LSU, K.J. Hill to Ohio State and Isaiah Prince to Maryland or Ohio State and doesn't sign the second offensive tackle it wants.
The Crimson Tide loses its No. 1 spot in the recruiting rankings to USC or Florida State and watch in-state rival Auburn make a clean sweep on big-time prospects announcing on Signing Day, like Byron Cowart, CeCe Jefferson and Martez Ivey.
Alabama would still sign a great class, but Wednesday would be a little bit of a downer.

It just feels weird this year. Every season, when it came down to the last BIG NAME (Kouandjio, Foster, Evans, etc) I felt like Bama was going to get them deep down. I just don't feel like we are getting Cece. Someone give me some news to make me feel better about our chances :)

We're not getting Cece. I try to think of it this way. If Calvin Ridley committed to us this week, we'd all be elated. Since he has been in the fold for nine months, it's easy to take that for granted. I, for one, will celebrate when Ridley, Sheffield, Minkah, and the rest of the LOIs make it in.

Would live to see cece in Crimson but it seems like he was linked to bama hardly at all during the process while all the others had momentum at one time or another

Watts also clarified his post by saying he is hearing four different things from sources. BOL insider signusup has said that Cece hasn't told the staff where he is going. Cece knows how to play the game well.

There are positive vibes coming from Cece's camp, and the staff is hopeful that we are in the thick of it. We will know more in a few days.
