Minkah will have a signing ceremony @ 2:15 on Wednesday. Don't read into this too much. It's a school ceremony for Wimbush, Minkah, and Jordan Fox.

It depends. If his heart is set on starting as a freshman then he won't be here. He could probably start as a sophomore once Pettway and Allen move on. If he came to Alabama, I'd see his playing time to be on par with Hand's this year, but possibly starting the year after.

From TexasAg13 on the Aggies recruiting thread:

good. im hoping for no flips on NSD.

I was beginning to wonder if Shef and Fitz were questionable, what would that mean for Custis? guess it doesn't matter if the two big dogs stick around.

hey just for fun, how would yall rank the last four 5* CBs we've signed/almost signed (Tony Brown, Marlon, Fitz, Shef)?

Update on Prince I read on 247. Basically a bunch of vague shite that OSU will likely be who he signs with

Marlon (I've said I see best CB in a while potential in him)

Yeah EJ better prepare for a move to safety or something because marlon is going to blow Saban and Mel tucked away now that he has been around to learn and get bigger. Him brown and sheffield will be the corners imo. Think Minkah should play star or safety to start and cross train since he won't be really into thick PT. Sheffield is a pure and true CB. Cyrus would really excel at star imo... At least give him a look and let marlon and tony play outside.

Yeah, bench our best CB for an unproven sophomore. Perfect.

He's wanted to have Cyrus benched since the day they signed and still petitioned for it when Cyrus was having a great season.

I think cyrus is a good corner and think he would be a solid star. I was high on EJ when he locked down Moncrief but he just seems to be a better safety. Idk about all you homers but I wasn't pleased with the sexondary and keeping everything the same isn't going to magically work

No doubt that there are parts that need fixing, but we don't need to fix the parts that are working just fine.

Putting cyrus at star isn't benching him. It's essentially utilizing marlon better because he is more capable than eddie on not getting burnt. EJ could still be on the field somewhere.

There was nothing working just fine about that secondary. Collins was a hell of a tackler, perry was solid at times, and cyrus was solid for the most part with a few hiccups. 2 of the 3 are gone. Playing cyrus at star gives him more of a chance to make a play. He plays well at the LOS
