Yeah, I will go ahead and say I will take the field over Coker to win the starting job. Saban knows the most important position on the team is an unknown right now, so he is just trying to have enough options to help the chances one works out.

Jacob Coker was also, apparently, the fourth best quarterback on Florida State's roster last year as well. EJ Manuel and Clint Tricket were the #1 and #2, and we all found out that Jameis Winston was better than him this year. So, basically, he was the fourth string quarterback...
He deserves a chance to prove himself and all, but he's done nothing, high school or college, to prove that he is some kind of exceptional quarterback, or anything to be overly excited for.
