Here's a fellow Tennessee fan and beat writer who agrees with you......in 2010

Seriously? You predicted AU to beat Bama? Honestly? Calling bullshite on this completely. Bama hasn't looked GREAT the past 2 games but just because they lost 2 in a row (both to really good teams), they're now done?

Go be part of a car accident.

Riding the rollercoaster.

It's like stock analysts. Saban is still a great coach and will have several 10 win seasons before retiring, IMO.

Alabama is Alabama.... They went 11-2, not buying this downturn BS. FSU plays in the ACC, so they should be in the Final 4 next year and Alabama must beat Auburn and LSU.

FSU could not survive in the SEC, I thought Auburn had had the better team.

Replace 2013 with 2008, and replace Oklahoma with Utah, and this same exact thread was started about 1000000000000000 times back then.

Do you remember what happened the following year with a first time starting QB?

Needs more ratings for when August rolls around. Bama is about the only fanbase that will bite right now

FSU is not Bama. With the new playoff system, the 90s Noles has a strong chance of coming back. If we had the playoffs in the 90s, we would of been in the playoffs nearly every year for a decade.

BS. He will be on his knees for Saban by the beginning of next season.

Crazy talk Bama will be Bama on talent alone even if Saban is declining. FSU plays cupcake schedule so they could be at top for some time but new Bama?? The answer is nope sorry.

I'll still be happy with 9 to 11 win seasons for the last five or so years of his tenure. He accomplished more than I ever anticipated.

Fbaum is sure working to keep those phone lines lit up.

He's just dragging red meat in front of Phyllis' cage.

Alabama won't win the national title under Saban every single year. Somehow people think this equates to utter failure.

Alabama will be a constant top 10 team under Saban and often a national title contender.

Saban could never win another SEC or national title and will still go down as having one of the greatest runs and having a top 5 coach of all time legacy.

As for FSU, yes they appear to be primed for great things. Their recruiting is going strong, they have a good coach, and they play in a conference they can absolutely dominate.

honestly, I think this was one of Saban's better jobs. Yes,IMO the kick at the end of the Auburn game was just a stupid decision. But Alabama lost a LOT of guys going into 2013. I don't care if they are 4,5 or 6 stars, you don't just say "next" and not miss a beat.

LSU hung around for about 2 1/2 quarters but really until the Auburn game no one laid a hand on them.

I can agree with this.....Alabama could've very well beat Auburn and who knows what would've happened....just sayin...and no I don't want to get into a discussion about all that stuff .

Finebaum says this shite for ratings. No way he believes this. Nick Saban will never let Alabama decline into mediocrity. FSU plays in the ACC, which will allow them an easier road to the playoff, but will eventually lead to a loss if they meet an SEC team with a defense. Auburn didn't have the best defense last year and even they gave FSU along with a 6'5 receiver a pretty good whippin up front (with or without stealing plays). FSU might have some success and even win another championship or 2, but I hardly think they will rattle off 3 in 4 years.
