No shite. There has to be an OC out there somewhere that can pound the ball, beat constantly blitzing teams with screens and TEs, and run a balanced passing attack when needed.
I'm just not sure Kiffin is that guy, but I'd love to be proven wrong.

If you were a TE for USC in the 2000s, you wound up in the NFL. Kiffin was around for some of that.
He'll get more than 17 passes if Kiffin was hired.

OJ vanished from our gameplan late in the year. Ended up losing last 2.

Once they guy gets another year of workout weight added...HE GONE BE SCARY!! I feel him though...he should be a big role in our offense.

He couldn't beat jams at the Y this year. I don't care what anyone says he was committed to us for over two years. That means he had our playbook and the 4th quarter program (I think you get the playbook only when you sign your NLI). Him showing up at 237 was all on him.
At times AJ would drop back to pass and his eyes would cut/he would scramble. That was when OJ wasn't beating jams at the LOS.

He looked like a basketball ball player out there. Let's let him go through his sophomore transformation before we judge him too much. I can't wait!!!!

no way a TE committed to us for two years and already has is on copy of the 4th quarter program should show up at RB weight. Not on a 6'6" frame.

Very true but they always blow up their 2nd year! OJ is one of the more athletic TE's I've ever seen.

The kids put on weight and will put on more this offseason. He'll learn how to get off the line and be a weapon . Not a lot of freshman out there getting a lot of pt at te. It's a position with a lot to learn . Block like a lineman run routes and catch passes with the receivers .

Montario Hardesty ran for 1,345 yards and 13 TDs for the Vols in 2009.

I saw OJ up close a couple times in the spring. He had arms like TRich. Maybe he could be bigger but it was apparent he had spent a lot of time in the weight room.

There is more to beating a jam than size, there is a lot of technique guys learn to do it. That is on the coaches to teach him.
