Because I have so much holiday spirit I thought it would be fun to list the teams we play annually by order of how much you dislike them. I also have a brief reason why. I think it will be fun to see how different we are as a fan base.

1. Auburn - For me this is because I live very close to the barn, and I have to mingle with their annoying fan base on a daily basis. They are also the luckiest team ever...not just this year.

2. Florida - Let's face it, we have struggled against them over the past 20 years...win the past three though

3. USCe - As long as the OBC is there, I will leave them at 3. They move down we he retires.

4. GT - In my opinion, they have accepted mediocrity.

5. Tennessee - They will trade with USCe when OBC retires

6. MIZZOU - After getting to Atlanta in just two years, I have mad respect for them

7. Vandy - They are improving. Franklin is over-rated though

8. Kentucky - Is it basketball season yet?

1) Tennessee.
I graduated in December '99. No further explanation needed.

1. Florida - No contest here
2. Tech - those virgins talk a lot crap throughout the year, it’s always fun to kick their arse on the field.
3. Auburn - don’t really hate their fanbase since I went to High School with a lot of people who attended the school. But on the field I despise the whole War Eagle garbage.
4. Tennessee - I hate orange, it looks like beer shits the morning after a night on the town

The rest, I could care a less. SCAR/Mizzou/Kentucky/Vandy - blah, boring, stale, etc.

Agree with you listing as it stands today. If Auburn wins another natty, the recruiting pressure will be even worse than it already is; top players want to play for team that has a proven shot at a NC. Auburn already has as many top 20 in-state recruits as we do. Not to mention that Auburn is our oldest rival with the most evenly matched record in this long standing series. I believe they are up one game again at this point.

jeez..everybody that guns for us ain't a rival

my list:

1) UF....win this game and I largely stfu
2) AU....to me, mostly a friendly rival. I know bunches of Barner fans and for the most part they are good folk. Programs are similar in who they recruit and history.
3) GT....just because they're in the same state and used to dominate the dawgs. but if they don't up their game here real soon, they will drop off my list.

honorable mention..UT, USC, and (in my opinion we need to rekindle this one) Clemson (same reasons as Auburn above).

Shiiiit.... you live in SC and you would despise Spurrier just as much as the rest of us. For that matter, you live in any state where UGA isn't and a team in that state beats UGA, you're gonna have to hear smack talk... like for three damn years (SC). It was FLA, AU, TN, SC, GT...

Now it's: FLA, SC, AU, TN, GT

I lived in MP for 3 years and still didn't despise SC. I fortunately got the hell out just before they made their run against us. I can understand the fact they are annoying, and I probably would put them in the top 3 most annoying fanbase, but I don't equate that with actual rivalry.
