Pinkel has issues in the 4th quarter(USC/Auburn). He gets a little conservative with the defense and it hurts the teams momentum. There's no reason he should be on a hot seat though, Mizzou is not a place that you should expect to win National Titles every year.
The issue with Auburn and the reason they changed coaches was because they had all the talent and did nothing with it. That's coaching.
Mizzou has 2 and 3 star recruits and are competing with teams that have 4 and 5 star recruits. How you can be mad after this season is beyond me. Pinkel has earned his right to stay at Mizzou for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, you guys aren't exactly in a recruiting hotbed. What you're getting is about as good as it gets, kind of like Arkansas. That's the nature of geographical location. Plus, you guys just won the East in your 2nd year. Be happy.

Dude it's fricking Mizzou and it was your best football season ever in your 2nd year of the SEC. There are 100 FBS programs that would love to have him. Relax.

Y'all would' nt had a chance to win it against Auburn anyway. They saw the BCSNC if they beat you guys, and they did. Face it, it was the sugar bowl if you would have won.....next
