Flew to St. Louis on Monday, returned today.
Wore an Auburn shirt on both the departure and return legs.
Reaction in St. Louis? Zilch, zero, nada.
Oh, I forgot... three Ohio State fans in Ohio State gear separately came up to me to say thanks.
(Sure saw a lot of people in Cardinals gear though.)

You are the next coach at Missouri.

Would Cardinals gear not be abundant in St. Louis?
In December? No, it wouldn't.

I wear sports shite year round, I can't imagine I'm the only one

I'm sure you're not the only one. But I haven't seen anyone wearing Cardinal gear all week that I remember.

Dudes full of the shite.
There is more black and gold in this town than I have seen in a long long time.

Do realize that most of the people you encountered at the airport probably aren't Missourians?

Nice burn attempt, but no.

CNB you really need to move on, dude.
You'll have another chance at the East next year.

If he'd said he saw a bunch of people wearing Blues attire I would've been more inclined to believe him. In reality, he saw Cardinals t-shirts for sale at the airport.

Pretty good people in Missouri. I've been there a decent amount to visit the sis in law.

cool story bro
There are a ton of Mizzou fans in STL so I really don't care about your sample size. Big cities have people from all over. If Alabama had any big cities you'd get that.
I flew through Atlanta the week after we won at Georgia, wore a Mizzou shirt at the airport. I got a thumbs up from a guy in a Nebraska shirt of all things. Does that mean there are more Husker fans in Atlanta than UGA fans?

That just means you didn't run across any UGA fans younger than 65, because they don't take kindly to "your people" in those parts. You would have gotten a finger, but not a thumb, from the 65 and older crowd, unless one of the old timers had a cane on them.
