I'm gonna guess those are certain opponent scores.

Points scored by "unstoppable" offenses yesterday.
I noticed it too.

we have a winner winner chicken dinner. The 3 high profile HUNH offenses could not score more then 17 points when matched up with teams who have great defensive depth and also chose to run an offense that featured ball control and eating up the clock. I was impressed with the Arizonia left handed QB...LSU showed what a power run game is all about. and OSU just played great team ball.

Magnificently obscure reference. Nicely done.

17-16 is the bar where I will watch Auburn beat Bama by 10 points

How many did we sore in the first half? Do those points count?
Posted on 11/24/13 at 12:21 pm to ever43
Sure, they count. In those 3 home conference games beat MSU by 4, OM by 8, and UGA by 5.

Don't let his point get lost. A&M, Oregon, and Baylor were all three considered offensively almost unstoppable. ALL THREE were held to those respective scores yesterday. Perceptions get smashed all the time in college football, and rather than learn lessons, we typically just assume they got "exposed" and move on to the next team to hype up.
