That was probably the most flagrant targeting foul I have seen all year.

Targeting is specifically "above the shoulders". If you think that was above the shoulders, I don't know what to tell you.

Well no worse than the Loston hit on Norwood that wasn't called targeting but was called a late hit. Tackling a ball carrier is not targeting though. He didn't launch and rb get hit helmet to helmet all the time.

Have we seriously gotten to the point where any contact that knocks a player down is a penalty???
