Looks like it was posted at midnight (7 hours ago).
I think the fact Malzahn changed the office furniture is interesting. I wonder what other things are different as a metaphor for a complete change in attitude and the program. Outside the obvious which is winning.

I wonder if it's not the full article. He said there would be 4 parts.

Great article. Although I have never thought of Auburn's campus as "hilly." I know JHS sits in a small valley, so going back toward main campus or up towards the football complex is a hill, but then the only other real elevation change is the hill in the parking lot behind Langdon and up to the Samford lawn.

Have you ever stood on Donahue and looked up the Thach concourse? Goes up and reaches an apex at the kinesiology building, reaches a valley around the Wlaker Pharmacy/Petrie Hall then goes back up all the way till Mary Martin/Samford.
If you walk along the Haley concourse, there is an "Upper" and "Lower" Quad that is coined due to elevation changes. Parker Hall rests in a small valley and then there is a steep elevation change as you walk up towards Goodwin the music hall

True. I forgot about the up and down of Thatch and Magnolia. After spending many days walking between Lowder and my apartment at Anders I can't believe I forgot that.

I just got a tweet from Lars saying this and the 4 page story on SI this week are 2 seperate Auburn stories.

Wonder if he is any relation to Arn and Ole Anderson? The former "Minnesota Wrecking Crew" of Professional Wrestling fame?

must be at least a whopping 15 to 20 foot elevation change I was kinda baffled with the "hilly" adjective as well.

"In a series that dates back to 1893, the two teams have never played each other when both ranked in the top five." Actually incorrect. In '71' Bama was ranked #3 and Auburn was #5. Both teams were undefeated going onto the game.

I guess this is just another confirmation of the change that took place after the NC by Chiz

Great article but calling Auburn "hilly" is a joke unless you're from Florida or Oklahoma.

Thanks for posting....loved this quote from NM
"We can throw the ball." Marshall said "We just haven't had to."
