Early, but we look sluggish.

Looks like we have been caught in a trap game.
ETA: Yep. Our offense looks like complete crap.

Why do we look like crap the week after LSU? Without fail.

This is awesome. Our season is going to be ruined not by LSU, not by Auburn, not by A&M, but by Mississippi fricking State.

I think its the O-line again.
I'm not sure what to say.

WRs can't get open.
AJ is getting some time, but no one gets open. The INT was BS, first of all Christion Jones shouldn't have tipped it to the DB, second of all I'm fairly sure the DB didn't even have a foot inbounds. Saban better not come out conservative in the second half, either that or score 100 on Chattanooga.

Agreed. He never actually had anything down, he leaped and landed out of bounds. Bad call.

If the OLine wasn't the problem the running game wouldn't have been stuffed for so long of the half.
Center Controversy again?
Bama can't catch a break with this.

No I agree the OL isn't moving anyone. I say put Lindsay and Hill in for the second half and if we suddenly improve, they start from here on out. Kelly's 290lb arse can't handle big DTs.

Well we're struggling again. There goes our record setting #1 recruiting class.

I would blame the WRs a lot more than the OL at this point. AJ is getting time but no one is getting open. Sometimes the pass has to open up the run, but the WRs have to get a little separation. He finally forced a ball and it got picked (even though I think that was a BS call).

Even if they get by this game and Auburn, I'm not so sure they could beat FSU with that secondary. They just suck.

AJ has turned on and may save his trip to NY, but he isn't winning now. Perfect throws on that drive.

the secondary is just bad this year, nearly as bad imo as 2007.
that said, I could be reading too much into he eyeball test.

It's hard to believe they don't have someone that could play better than Cyrus Jones.

The corners are terrible. It has been a revolving door for a reason. I still don't understand why Eddie Jackson hasn't even played since the OM game where he looked great. LC can't cover in man. Great in zone, but he can't cover in man.

Our best cb is on the bench.
If Humphrey doesn't see that we need help and he can be an immediate contributor, then I don't know what to tell you.

How do they look at corner in recruiting? They're in terrible need for depth there.

I'm sure he sees it. I doubt he cares. Marlon has never had any interest in attending Alabama. If he ends up in Tuscaloosa it will be because his parents made him.
