Davis - provided he plays. I heard his ankle and knee are going to be fine by Saturday so we must assume he'll play.

Unless Davis get's hurt or has a terrible day, it'll be him. Doesn't really matter when you consider the fact that Hill had 6 total carries in the first two games, so he should be at 1,000 already.

We are approaching LSU's 1st by week. Davis had 1 already this season.

If Davis can play it'll be him. It not it'll be Alex Collins doing his Fred Talley impersonation.

Of those three, Mike Davis has the best shot, then Alex Collins, then Jeremy Hill, imo. Davis gets it if he plays this Saturday, and Collins will probably play before Hill on the 9th.
Hill's is the riskiest; it's doubtful he has an off-game against Alabama, but if he does get held to 77 yards or fewer he's waiting until the week before Thanksgiving to get a shot.
If Davis plays this week, it's him.
If not, then it's Collins.
If both of them have an off-game, then Hill can get it against Alabama.

Collins easily hits 200 this weekend but its a 6pm game so he will be the 2nd to hit 1K.
