Did the Big 12 not have the no pass out rule?
Did any Big 12 team allow the sale of booze?

A&M didn't in SWC days. My recollection may be fuzzy but I think it took a unanimous vote for any school to sell beer at the games, and Baylor (religious reasons) and A&M (the stadium is sacred ground) always voted against it. I can't speak for Big 12 days, but I'd be really surprised to hear of A&M ever allowing beer sales at games, regardless of what other conference members do/did.

Mostly curious because part of the no pass out rule in the SEC was to stop folks from going to their car at halftime for a drink. With realignment you are getting strange bedfellows. West Virginia and Louisville could sell booze in the Big East but now they have moved conferences so it was just on my mind.
Also it seems some Big 12 folks are unfamiliar with the no pass out rule.

Mizzou didn't sell beer but there were pass out gates during the games. Obviously no longer.

How many major (ACC, SEC, Big 12, Pac 12, Big 10) schools sell alcohol to the general ticketholders? I thought I'd heard WV does. Are there any others?

(this may be an incomplete list- I'm just pulling info from several different articles)
Colorado State
Nevada
Minnesota
West Virginia
UNLV
Louisiana-Lafayette
Kansas State
I think all, or nearly all, teams that don't play in on-campus University run stadiums sell beer.

I know Louisville and some Big East schools do
Now that the Big East has picked up A 10 schools, I know Xavier does. Pretty sure Cincinnati does but not positive.

The only on-campus stadium I've been to that allowed reentry (in recent times anyway) is Rice Stadium. They had a special over 21 area that sold beer, and made it easy to go to the car during halftime. Rice probably doesn't have enough students attending games to be overly concerned with the drinking age.
In contrast, University of HOuston was in the same conference and sold beer, but didn't allow reentry.
I worked for the TMF when we were building the Zone and it was mildly controversial when some stiffs found out we were going to sell beer there. They had to be assured there would be no possibility of foot traffic between the student section and the Zone.
