Honestly, let's discuss our hosts. 1) We cannot bring our mascot. 2) Our band was not welcome to march at halftime.

Never mind that we won't return for 10 years, and haven't been here since SWC days.

Nice hosts.

And by the way, we just returned from Eureka Springs where we spent the day. Talk about gay central. That place is more gay than The Montrose in Houston. Just sayin'.

Let's see between A&M and Arkansas which one has a school sponsored on campus LGBT organization?

Which one has a former queer band major that now lives in Austin with the teasip queers and steers?

Hint: It isn't A&M.

Arky is so afraid that their closet identity will be discovered.

So, you're getting a time share?

Sorry, but think about it for a second
1) You can bring your dog
2) You can listen to whatever music you want (and longer than 20 minutes)
3) You can return more than once a decade
4) Umm, err, it's Eureka Springs

I couldn't care less which school has what organization.
Nor is it any skin off my nose if some band guy prefers dudes to women.
But all the fAggies/gay stuff around here pretty much speaks for itself.

I don't think I've ever heard a fan base whine as much as the TexAgs have this week. I hope this is just your message board crowd and not indicative of the entire fan base.

I don't think anyone's really whining; I think people are just really surprised, that's all.

You see - we openly embrace our LGBT community.

I look forward to a day when two men holding hands will be seen as two people, not aggies. When a woman with a mullet is groping a 350 pound passed out woman in a bar - and people don't think - aggie. We are all people. We need to get through this as a society. I want my children to see a pair of Birkenstocks and think sandals, not aggie. A flannel shirt and thing "fall clothing", not aggie.

You should really start to think on a larger scale.

Cheshire, everyone knows you're not a troll. It doesn't fit. Although reading you try is kind of interesting.

Well at least now I fully understand why Arkansas has never been truly accepted in the SEC.

Sucks that the University was so shitty about the aTm band though - the crowd would have much rather seen them than a few donors trotted out on the field. A disservice to the fans.

Meh, we have gays. We let them be gay, and accept them. We don't expect them to get buzz cuts, put on military-style uniforms, and find round-about ways to express their gayness under the guise of "tradition".
