With Richt starting his 13th season as the HC @ UGA

and has won what, one SEC title in that span?
He's averaging 9 wins a season and wonder if that type of record would be satisfactory with the PTB if he coached at SEC Powerhouses Alabama and LSU?
I don't think Richt could survive as the HC at Bama with his current record.

There is so much fail in your post.

I know this is a flame job by someone from Gwinnett that didn't get in UGA, but Richt has won the SEC title twice and is averaging basically 10 wins a year (9.833 through the first 12 seasons)

Richt is like fullmer without the natty. That being said, UGA would be smart to hang on to Richt, because he wants a natty more than anyone. And no one wants to end up like Tennesmeeee.

I've always been able to tell that you like UGA just a tiny little bit.

Man I hate this kind of thread. Of the 14 teams in the league 8 have HC's with 3 or less years at the school. Coach Richt has managed 13.
Damn
Damn

That's fair. I'm critical of Richt a good bit at times, but we would be foolish to get rid of him (short of bombing a season like 2010 again).
We are in a bit of "no-man's land" at times with Richt but not to the point Tennessee was in 07-08 at the end of Fulmer's run.
I like our chances to stay in the mix at the top of the SEC for the duration of Richt's tenure, just hope all the chips can fall into place for a MNC.

I would love a Richt caliber of a coach at Bama.

He was one drive from plowing ND last year.

As much shite as Richt gets, pretty much any program would be thrilled with the amount of success he has had at Georgia.
