Sounds like they booked the rooms before they set it up with the Arky athletics. Simular thing happened with OM and AU last year. It was OM homecoming and AU thought they would get to perform halftime...at Ole Miss homecoming. Sounds like someone in the bands department at TAMU dropped the ball.
