I love going to V-Ball games at UF. One of the best atmospheres. Plus, 6 foot tall college chicks in really short shorts.

No. 4 Florida 3, No. 17 Florida State 0
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – No. 4 Florida swept in-state foe No. 17 Florida State 3-0 (25-20, 26-24, 25-23), in a thrilling match on Tuesday night at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. Thanks,
Except for Dawgs in the East the Rant is heavily West loaded so anything to bump discussion is good in my book. There is tons of folks doing recruiting and football games so I try and hit the ends of the spectrum where less folks get the conversation going.
My main focus are big picture issues like conference realignment, NCAA lawsuits, live attendance in the big picture and the smaller sports discussions on the micro picture.

Gators swept this weekend and Penn State lost so I was hoping the Gators would at least get moved to #2 but Southern Cal jumped over them. At least the Gators picked up 2 first place votes so all was not lost. Overall the SEC was not well respected in this week's poll. Gators and Kentucky swept 2 games each but Florida was left at 3 and Kentucky actually dropped a spot from 18 to 19. Texas A&M got 25 votes and Missouri got 10 votes. Hate to say it but the Vols absence from the polls may actually be hurting the other SEC schools.
