First, good luck this Saturday, hope it's a great game, free from injuries.

Second, many on our board are unfamiliar with the totality of who was suspended and who is back, could you enlighten me as to who is and isn't playing this Saturday, that should have been? We know the offense will be potent with who you had coming back, but many aren't sure what to expect out of the defense this week and just trying to gather some info. TIA.

Longhorns suck.

As long as team boards are respected for what they are and no flames, I don't see a problem. I think most would like to have genuine discussions on the team boards, with nonsense to be remained on the SECR. Stricter rules apply to team boards and there are/will be strict enforcement on them, from all fanbases on each respective boards.

As far as info on players for Bama missing anything.. Dalvin Tomlinson DE is out for the season with a knee injury for Bama. He rotated in a good bit in the Va Tech game, and made 4 tackles. He backed up Pagan. True freshman Jonathon Allen will take his place this weekend. He played a little also in the Va Tech game.

Suspended for the first game was RB Kenyan Drake. He is off suspension and was working with the regular RB's again and will be available this week if needed. Other than that, everyone is pretty healthy and ready to go, other than normal bumps and bruises from practice. Nobody in black shirts or withheld from practices.

Julian Obioha (Starting WDE), Ricky Seals Jones (Stud Frosh WR), and Trey Williams (Rotation RB and KO Returner) were also held out for Sam because of minor injuries and are expected back for Bama.

The big injury though is Raven. Raven is our big hitting Safety with an attitude but he is out. This is partly because our top Frosh Safety recruit (Kam Miles) is out for the year already.

Safety is easily our biggest weakness now with our Starters being Hoard Matthews (who caused the big hit that created AJ's first pick last year but also got burned on Cooper's long TD) and Honeycutt (who was never expected to be a starter and has struggled in run support in the first 2 games).

Change is difficult. I think as people realize and see the benefit of having actually exchanges of meaningful info about games and teams during game weeks, it will help. People are gun shy because of the nature of the SECR, understandably.

I can't get a feel for this game. I'm confident in our D, but also aware that the Aggie offense is going to make plays. It's our offense, and your defense that has me puzzled and not sure of things. I was super confident before the Va Tech game about the explosiveness of how our O could be. But now, I'm tempered until I can see who our O-line can adjust. We've got all the talent in the world at the skill position, but games are still won in the trenches, and I'm at a loss as to how good we really are right now at that position. Saturday should clear up a lot of things, I hope.

CGSC's list is pretty accurate but DE Julien Obioha, WR Ricky Seals-Jones and RB Trey Williams also sat out vs SHSU while DT Ivan Robinson sat out both games due to injuries. Obioha is the only starter in that bunch though all 4 were expected to play significantly.

All of them should be good to go Saturday

I think your OL and our DL are unknowns. Our DL will be better and not nearly as bad as the Rice game with Ennis, Stansbury, and Obioha playing together for once. I think your OL will be better as well as they have certainly learned from the tape after VaTech.

So far, it appears our offense and your defense will be solid, but vice versa is what remains to be seen. Either, it will come down to turnovers and who can run or stop the run.

Either team is fully capable of winning. Two very talented and well coached teams. Everything else is why we play the game.
