After the SEC, obviously. Last year I would have said Big XII, this year no way in hell. Is it the Pac-12? Dare I say it, the ACC? Big 10 is a one-trick pony this year.

Pac12 easily..
Oregon, Stanford, USC-w, Washington, UCLA are no slouches.

Pac-12 probably, but ACC isn't too far behind.

Pac-12 easily. Oregon and Stanford are elite teams. And they have depth with Washington, UCLA, Arizona, Arizona St, and USC. After Clemson and FSU, the ACC is pretty weak once you get past Miami and VT.

SEC
.

.
PAC - looking like some depth
.
B1G - still maybe 3 teams
ACC - maybe 2 teams
AAC - 1 team
B12 - Texas and Oklahoma continue to shite the bed and weak OOC

Hands down the Pac 12. I know SEC fans may not like their brand of football, but it is tough to argue against such teams as:
Stanford
Oregon
UCLA
Washington
USC is in the top 25, Cal looks to improve over the next few seasons, Arizona could be pretty good, and we will get our first glimpse of what to expect from Arizona State Thursday.
