I agree, but I still think the article is bullshite because the NCAA has plenty of strong circumstantial evidence, so I can't imagine why they would say they don't. They likely have no proof, but there is no reasonable explanation for why he signed that much stuff in that short a time for one guy other than monetary compensation.

all reports have indicated the brokers were not going to work with the NCAA.
without that, there really isn't much for the NCAA to go on.
