The team boards have a more visible admin, for the most part, an I think folks would be a little more apprehensive to flame, knowing it is easier to be punished and in a more prolific manner

I think the Alabama Board has at least three, with Alahunter, FreshEatingSalsa, and Tuck.

Most boards seem to have additional moderators. I like Ross' moderation style but if he needs help, I don't see why someone couldn't get promoted from the ranks. Give Ross some backup/help
Honestly I think that should happen anyways just so Ross doesn't have to waste too much time patrolling (didn't he say he was in engineering?)
He's done a great job though so this isn't a knock on him

agreed, but Ross is already more visible on here than Ice & Chicken are on all the regular boards. They both do due their admin duties, but it is done on the backend, without anyone being the wiser.

If we do allow Alabama posters on this board, or if it just flat out gets too busy for me to handle (it's pretty tame for the most part right now) then I have a short list of guys I think would make good second or third admins of the board that I'll run by Chicken.
